01.07.2020 The Senate of Berlin has approved a new congress fund
The Senate of Berlin has approved a new congress fund to attract new events to the city. The focus will particularly be on events in the areas of digitalization, mobility and the health care industry. Events will be financially supported if the event last several days, have at least 50 participants and meet certain sustainability criteria. In addition, the event service providers commissioned must be based in Berlin in order to benefit from the subsidies.

26.06.2020 From 1 August, indoor events with up to 500 participants are possible in Berlin
In Berlin, events of up to 300 people inside and up to 1,000 people outside are currently permitted. From 1 August, events indoors with up to 500 people will be possible again, from 1 September with up to 750 participants and from 1 October with up to 1,000 guests. All events are subject to the hygiene and distance regulations. Further gradual relaxation is planned for the coming weeks.

From 23-25 September, 2019, the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) hold their EMEA conference in the InterContinental Hotel Berlin. ISTAT appointed C.E.S. as DMC to organize the conference with more than 1.800 participants including unique off-site events at the Wasserwerk and the German Historical Museum.
10.06.2019 Tech Data Meeting
The Kick-off Meeting of Tech Data took place with 155 guests from all over the World in Berlin. CES had the honor to arrange all services including transportation, staff, activity and off-site dinner. On June 12 CES organized the team building activity - Trabi Safari. The teams had to take fuel into the car, take pictures from the team and the route, where the Safari was going on and they had to buy a typical Berlin souvenir. The winners have been awarded during dinner on top of the German Bundestag, the Reichstag.
29.04.2019 Grant Thornton - Advanced Manager Program
After CES was appointed as their DMC in Munich last fall, Grant Thornton appointed us again as their Partner for all services in Berlin. The "Advanced Manager Program" took place from April 29 through May 2. For their meeting the "Kalkscheune" was changed into an off-site Conference venue. The Welcome reception was arranged at the Karlson Penthouse from where guests could enjoy the fantastic view to the Gendarmenmarket, Berlin's most beautiful place. Another highlight was a private Movie night at the Cine Star cinema.

From March 11 until 17, 2019 the ISH, the leading exhibition and international Branch Meeting point for the responsible act with water and energy in buildings. CES has once again been appointed as the destination management partner for Grohe Middle East to organize a memorable 6-days event for their best customers and employees. Beside interesting off-site events customers could enjoy exiting entertainment.
08.03.2019 Johnson & Johnson AEL Meeting
After J&J's Regional Leaders Dialogue in May 2016 CES was again appointed as their DMC for their AEL Meeting in Berlin from March 3-8. Beside the team activity, a cooking event at the Art Loft, participants visited 4 different companies each day. On their way from the Hyatt to these companies they were accompanied by guides, so that all guests got an idea of Berlin.
23.10.2018 Grand Thornton
From October 23 until 26, 2018 the Annual Conference of Grand Thornton took place at the Westin in Munich. CES had the honor to organize the conference, logistics, staff, tours and off-site dinners for 400 participants. During dinner at "Von Alm das Beste" guests enjoyed the traditional outfits of the staff and at the BMW Museum they could have a look to the BMW cars whilst dinner.
01.10.2018 54th EASD Annual Meeting
CES had the honor to assist Mundipharma during the EASD Congress at the Messe Berlin. For their 78 doctors CES organized all the transportation, staff and two dinners at restaurants, which are very nice. There the doctors could enjoy delicious food and beverages within the Pharma Codex prices.
17.05.2018 Jafra Mexico
After 2005 CES got the honor to organize a nice program for the most successful sales ladies of Jafra again. From May 17 until 22, 2018 the 180 ladies stayed at the Hilton Park in Munich. Beside a typical Bavarian evening including Humptata music and traditional dancers they could enjoy excursions to Neuschwanstein, Herrenchiemsee including a boat ride to Fraueninsel and a day trip to Salzburg.

The team of CES had the honor to organize the "Bell President's Club". 178 guests from Canada were awarded with this trip to Berlin for 4 days. The group stayed at the Kempinski Adlon and enjoyed the "Get together" at the Wasserwerk, where the steal men of La Metta performed and Bar Weaver entertained guests during the whole evening. During the Gala & Award night at the German Historic Museum guests enjoyed the musical "Cabaret". During days participants had a choice of activities and the most exiting one was a Graffiti workshop with artists on top of the Teufelsberg, the former communications intercept station of the Americans during Cold War times.

The team of CES had the honor to organize the Mundipharma Eurovision Meeting with 200 international participants in Hamburg from January 16-19, 2017. After 2 kick-off meetings the Eurovision Meeting took place in an extraordinary off-site venue located next to the harbour of Hamburg. A decent social program with a welcome reception on a boat crusing the river Elbe and 3 unique dinners plus a special reward dinner, complemented the official program of the meeting.

The ICMA invited their best 650 customers for their annual meeting in Berlin from June 4-6, 2014. After the IMC in Berlin in 2003 CES has been appointed again for the International Monetary Conference at the Bayerischer Hof in Munich. 120 Bankers came together to discuss not only the interests but as well expectations for the near future. Without any press the Federal Finance Minister Mr. Schäble could answer questions frankly. Beside VIP tours CES could arrange exclusive factory visits, Castle excursions and a fashion show together with traditional clothes on the catwalk.
12.05.2014 Stora Enso – RECONNECT in 2014 Berlin
Stora Enso one of the largest paper and wrapping companies based in Finland/Sweden invited 250 employees to Berlin. All of them stayed at the Scandic Berlin and beside logistics, accommodation and the Reconnet Meeting at Axica CES arranged the two off-site dinners. The “Bar jeder Vernunft” was the perfect place to get familiar with the Berlin spirit and at the “Wasserwerk”, where the Champions got their awards, guests could celebrate the new visions whilst eating, dancing and talking.
11.04.2014 Inrev – Annual Meeting 2014 in Berlin
The European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles brought roughly 400 international members to Berlin. From April 8-11 CES was honored as the preferred DMC for the meeting and to arrange the off-site evening functions. First one took place at the Puro Lounge, where guests could enjoy a fantastic Berlin style buffet and the breathtaking view over Berlin’s skyline. 2nd night started with an exclusive visit of the New National Gallery and ended at the Station where a “family–style” dinner was served.

From March 19 through 22, 2013 more than 200 participants met in Frankfurt to attend the 2013 Office Depot European Vendor Conference. Beside accomodation, logistics and an unforgettable dinner the CES team was honored to organize this meeting in the Hotel Marriott Frankfurt.

CES was appointed for the fourth time to organize the NBA Europe Live Tour 2012 in Berlin with the 2011 NBA Champions Dallas Mavericks who stayed at the Hotel Adlon and played versus Alba Berlin at the O2 World on October 6. Beside the NBA Cares project and the NBA FanZone at Potsdamer Platz, the Post-game-party with NBA legends like the 2007 NBA MVP Dirk Nowitzki was one of the highlights.

The Trek World Europe event in Frankfurt comprised of the usual retailer presentation and demo as well as a public day, where bicycle enthusiasts had the chance to get a good look at the new products for 2013. For the first time, the whole 2013 product palette of Trek, Bontrager, Diamant and Villiger was on display for the public as well as over 1.500 European retailers. CES was happy to organize the TREK World Europe from July 10-23, 2013.

The 4th World Retail Congress at the Hotel InterContinental Berlin is now over and was the biggest Congress to date with 1.147 delegates and 130 speakers from 57 countries attending. The event is the largest international meeting place for retail leaders and has become a major fixture for multiple retailers all around the world. The team of CES is looking forward to welcome the retail world to Berlin again in September 2011.

From September 14-17, 2010 the 24th MARQUES Annual Conference was held in the InterContinental Hotel Berlin. The Association of European Trade Mark Owners represents trade mark owners' interest before the relevant EU and other international bodies in all relevant areas. MARQUES appointed C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH as DMC to organize the conference, hotel accommodation as well as logistics, the social program including an outstanding award dinner with international entertainment for all 700 participants.

Vom 3. bis zum 5. Juni 2008 lud BT ihre wichtigsten Kunden nach Berlin ein. Der BT Global Mobility Leadership Council fand im berühmten Hotel Adlon statt, genau neben dem Brandenburger Tor. More than 3.000 ForeverGreen Members from around the world met in Munich for the European Product Launch taking place from November 6-8, 2015 at the ICM - Internationales Congress Center Munich. CES was honored and excited to organize this special event including hotel management and an unforgettable gala dinner at the Munich Residence.
07.06.2014 ICMA – International Capital Market Association 2014 in Berlin
The ICMA invited their best 650 customers for their annual meeting in Berlin from June 4-6, 2014. CES has been the honor to work as the preferred DMC for the meeting plus the two off-site evenings at the New National Gallery and the German Historic Museum where the guests could enjoy enjoy a delicious networking dinner at the prestigious Schlüterhof while visiting the exhibition at the I.M. Pei Building.
30.05.2014 IMC – The International Monetary Conference 2014 in Munich
After the IMC in Berlin in 2003 CES has been appointed again for the International Monetary Conference at the Bayerischer Hof in Munich. 120 Bankers came together to discuss not only the interests but as well expectations for the near future. Without any press the Federal Finance Minister Mr. Schäble could answer questions frankly. Beside VIP tours CES could arrange exclusive factory visits, Castle excursions and a fashion show together with traditional clothes on the catwalk.
12.05.2014 Stora Enso – RECONNECT in 2014 Berlin
Stora Enso one of the largest paper and wrapping companies based in Finland/Sweden invited 250 employees to Berlin. All of them stayed at the Scandic Berlin and beside logistics, accommodation and the Reconnet Meeting at Axica CES arranged the two off-site dinners. The “Bar jeder Vernunft” was the perfect place to get familiar with the Berlin spirit and at the “Wasserwerk”, where the Champions got their awards, guests could celebrate the new visions whilst eating, dancing and talking.
11.04.2014 Inrev – Annual Meeting 2014 in Berlin
The European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles brought roughly 400 international members to Berlin. From April 8-11 CES was honored as the preferred DMC for the meeting and to arrange the off-site evening functions. First one took place at the Puro Lounge, where guests could enjoy a fantastic Berlin style buffet and the breathtaking view over Berlin’s skyline. 2nd night started with an exclusive visit of the New National Gallery and ended at the Station where a “family–style” dinner was served.
01.03.2014 Office Depot – 2nd European Vendor Conference in Frankfurt
From February 23 through 28 Office Depot invited more than 200 international vendors to their Conference in Frankfurt. Beside the meeting including all the stage design and AV equipment CES was pleased to organize a fantastic gala dinner at the beautiful Palmengarten and at the Tigerpalast where the guests had a great and unforgettable time.

From March 19 through 22, 2013 more than 200 participants met in Frankfurt to attend the 2013 Office Depot European Vendor Conference. Beside accomodation, logistics and an unforgettable dinner the CES team was honored to organize this meeting in the Hotel Marriott Frankfurt.
08.10.2012 NBA Europe Live Tour 2012
CES was appointed for the fourth time to organize the NBA Europe Live Tour 2012 in Berlin with the 2011 NBA Champions Dallas Mavericks who stayed at the Hotel Adlon and played versus Alba Berlin at the O2 World on October 6. Beside the NBA Cares project and the NBA FanZone at Potsdamer Platz, the Post-game-party with NBA legends like the 2007 NBA MVP Dirk Nowitzki was one of the highlights.
01.08.2012 Trek World Europe 2013 in Frankfurt
The Trek World Europe event in Frankfurt comprised of the usual retailer presentation and demo as well as a public day, where bicycle enthusiasts had the chance to get a good look at the new products for 2013. For the first time, the whole 2013 product palette of Trek, Bontrager, Diamant and Villiger was on display for the public as well as over 1.500 European retailers. CES was happy to organize the TREK World Europe from July 10-23, 2013.

Our long-time customer Ericsson is the world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and services to mobile and fixed network operators. Beside the hotel management, a cheerful dinner party and registration for the 430 international attendees the CES team was honored to organize this summit in Frankfurt from Feb 12 through 14.
29.09.2011 5th World Retail Congress in Berlin
From September 25-28, 2011 the World Retail Congress was held in the InterContinental Hotel Berlin for the second time. With more than 1.000 participants the WRC is the pre-eminent meeting place for retail leaders from across the globe. EMAP Networks appointed C.E.S. as PCO to organize the conference, hotel accommodation as well as logistics, the social program including an outstanding award dinner at the German Historical Museum.
30.06.2011 IBTTA 2011 - 79th Annual Meeting & Exhibition
CES has recently appointed as DMC for the 79th Annual Meeting & Exhibition of IBTTA, the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association, taking place at the Hotel Intercontinental Berlin from September 11-14, 2011. IBTTA is the worldwide association for the owners and operators of toll facilities and the businesses that serve tolling.

On behalf of Bayer CES has recently appointed to organize the MS Patients' Day taking place in Berlin on May 28, 2011. Beside the registration management the CES team will be responsible for the venue, press and print media, staff, logistics and the catering for more than 400 participants expected.
04.02.2011 GE Capital Global Banking Meeting in Munich
Themed "WINNING WITH CUSTOMERS... DRIVING GROWTH" 300 participants met at the GE Capital Global Banking Meeting from January 30 through February 03, 2011 at the Sofitel in Munich. Beside the Kick-Off Meeting in Berchtesgaden from January 27-30, the complete hotel management, four special dinner events and the memorable award dinner, the CES team was honored to create and organize an eventful activity program.
29.10.2010 World Retail Congress in Berlin
The 4th World Retail Congress at the Hotel InterContinental Berlin is now over and was the biggest Congress to date with 1.147 delegates and 130 speakers from 57 countries attending. The event is the largest international meeting place for retail leaders and has become a major fixture for multiple retailers all around the world. The team of CES is looking forward to welcome the retail world to Berlin again in September 2011.
18.09.2010 24th MARQUES Annual Conference
From September 14-17, 2010 the 24th MARQUES Annual Conference was held in the InterContinental Hotel Berlin. The Association of European Trade Mark Owners represents trade mark owners' interest before the relevant EU and other international bodies in all relevant areas. MARQUES appointed C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH as DMC to organize the conference, hotel accommodation as well as logistics, the social program including an outstanding award dinner with international entertainment for all 700 participants.
08.06.2010 XLVII ERA-EDTA Congress in Munich
End of June the CES team in Munich will be very busy due to the XLVII ERA-EDTA Congress taking place from June 25-28, 2010. During this Congress CES will be responsible for programs of various groups and will organize several events with more than 400 doctors from different countries.
03.05.2010 Grontmij Meeting in Berlin
CES has recently appointed to organize the annual meeting of Grontmij, a leading sustainable design and management consultancy, taking place in Berlin from August 19 through 22, 2010. The CES team will organize accommodation as well as logistics and the social program for more than 500 participants expected.

From March 10 through 14, 2010 more than 400 participants met in Berlin to attend the Novo Nordisk Growth Hormone Symposium. Beside accomodation and logistics the CES team was honored to organize an unforgettable gala dinner at the German Historical Museum.

From February 19 through 21, 2009 Lilly - Boehringer Ingelheim invited 350 doctors for an Investigator Meeting to Berlin. Beside intensive meetings participants could share their results of research. CES was responsible for staff, logistics and formal dinners.
28.11.2008 VW Bank Brasil - 10th Anniversary Incentive
Im Auftrag der VW Bank Brasilien organisierte CES einen Incentive Trip nach München und Salzburg vom 23. bis zum 26. November 2008. Neben dem Hotel Management und der gesamten Logistik, kreierte das CES Team ein abwechslungsreiches Event Programm einschließlich eines unvergesslichen Gala Dinners im Münchner Künstlerhaus.
09.06.2008 BT Global Mobility Leadership Council
Vom 3. bis zum 5. Juni 2008 lud BT ihre wichtigsten Kunden nach Berlin ein. Der BT Global Mobility Leadership Council fand im berühmten Hotel Adlon statt, genau neben dem Brandenburger Tor. CES war für das gesamte Event Management, das Rahmenprogramm und somit auch die kreative Umsetzung des Meetings zuständig.
05.05.2008 Deutscher Steuerberaterkongress 2008
Am 19. und 20. Mai findet im Hotel Maritim in der Stauffenbergstraße in Berlin der diesjährige Deutsche Steuerberaterkongress statt. Die CES darf die Organisatoren dieser Veranstaltung bei der Erstellung und Durchführung des Rahmenprogramms unterstützen. Die Teilnehmer können sich u.a. auf interessante Führungen im Bundeskanzler- und Presseamt, im Zoo und im Konzerthaus freuen.
25.04.2008 The Appleton Group Inc. - Frühjahrskonferenz
Die diesjährige Frühjahrskonferenz der Appleton Group, einer weltweit operierenden Verbindung aus verschiedenen Anwaltskanzleien, wird vom 5. - 8. Mai mit über 250 Teilnehmern in Berlin stattfinden. CES ist für die Durchführung der Konferenz, des Rahmenprogramms als auch die Abendveranstaltungen verantwortlich.
10.04.2008 INTA Kongress (International Trademark Association)
Vom 17. - 21. Mai 2008 findet in Berlin der INTA Kongress mit 7.000 internationalen Teilnehmern statt. Während dieser Zeit kümmert sich die CES um verschiedene Gruppen und Veranstaltungen, u.a. für Thomson Compumark, Winston & Strawn und Fulbright. Eines der zahlreichen Highlights wird die Thomson Compumark Dinner Party mit über 3.000 Gästen sein.
14.01.2008 GE Money Meeting in Frankfurt
Die CES freut sich ber die kurzfristige Bestätigung eines wichtigen internationalen Meetings der GE Money Bank vom 13.-15. Februar 2008 im Hotel InterContinental Frankfurt. Neben dem Galaabend für die 250 Teilnehmer ist die CES auch für das Hotelmanagement und die gesamte Logistik der Veranstaltung zuständig.
